Built on referrals, kept honest by neighbors.

Phillip Gray founded the company in 1985. Today his son Mark leads it as President, alongside a team that has, on average, more than a decade of tenure with the company.

At South Nashville Heating and Cooling, our goal is to provide you with total indoor comfort and a healthy environment for you and your family. For nearly 30 years, we have been providing service, sales, and installation for all residential and light commercial HVAC applications in the greater Middle Tennessee area.

Our company is proudly family oriented, and we employ NATE certified service technicians and installers who are focused on bringing quality and craftsmanship to every job. We also make a point of looking toward the future in regards to the sustainability and energy efficiency of our products. Our company is at the forefront in the “green” movement — working on everything from LEED certified and Energy Star projects to the first NET ZERO home in Tennessee.
